The Game Day Nutrition Course is a comprehensive, athlete-centered education experience designed to give every player on your roster the knowledge and tools they need to show up on game day feeling sharp, strong, and ready to perform at their absolute best. Because the difference between a good performance and a great one often comes down to what happened in the 24 hours before tip-off, kickoff, or opening serve.

Every player walks away with their own copy of the Game Day Nutrition e-book — a practical, easy-to-use guide they can reference all season long, packed with everything they need to take their game day preparation to the next level.

Fuel the Roster is a hands-on team dining and nutrition experience that brings your entire roster together around the one thing every athlete has in common — food. Part team bonding, part nutrition education, and part cooking experience, this event is designed to make game day nutrition real, practical, and something your athletes will actually remember and use when it matters most.

Together, your team will roll up their sleeves and prepare a selection of our athlete-approved recipes — learning firsthand what it looks and tastes like to fuel a winning performance. While the food comes together, we'll walk through our Game Day Nutrition Course as a team, covering everything from pre-game meals and hydration strategies to the Game Day Meal Schedule and how to build the perfect Performance Plate. This isn't a lecture. This isn't a PowerPoint. This is your team, together, learning the habits that separate good athletes from great ones!
