Through age-appropriate education, we aim to build a solid foundation for years of athletic success. Your athlete has a big fall ahead. And if nutrition hasn't been part of their preparation yet — this summer is the best possible time to change that.

College changes everything. The kitchen disappears, the cafeteria becomes their grocery store, and for the first time, every food decision is entirely theirs. The athletes who arrive with a real nutrition system already in place don't just survive that transition — they show up to Day 1 of freshman practice better than they left high school.

The Dorm Room Playbook is a 60-minute in-home workshop designed to be done over the summer — not in a rushed two weeks before move-in day. We sit down together, build their complete personalized system, and send them to college with everything they need to keep performing at the level they've earned.

If your athlete is heading to college without a nutrition foundation in place, we can build one. The Foundations Program is where we start from the ground up — macronutrients, label reading, performance fueling, and the daily habits that make everything else work. Complete the Foundations course over the summer and add The Dorm Room Playbook as your college-transition finish line. They leave in August knowing not just what to eat — but exactly how to do it in the environment they're walking into.
